C.H.A.O.S
Khaos (kā'ŏs') noun /ˈkeɪ ɒs/
1. a state of utter confusion ordisorder; a
total lack of organization or order.
2. any confused, disorderly mass: achaos
of meaningless phrases.
3. the infinity of space or formless matter
supposed to have preceded the existence
of the ordered universe.
We are more interested in quality of movement in lieu of quantity of movement! Most boot camps are stacked with large
groups of people with one instructor for the group. If they are watching the participants the participants are going to do
whatever they can to survive the class no matter how poor the form or performance of the exercise.
The constant issue of not looking bad in a group of their peer can lead to injury. C.h.a.o.s classes are never more than 12
people! So you get a lot of personal attention to ensure that your performing the exercises properly and you get the
most out of your experience!
With C.h.a.o.s we use Kettlebells....Dumbbells.... TRX Bands.... Medicine Balls.... Ladders and countless other
items including your body weight to train in a circuit fashion!
We used timed intervals, or we use rep counts consistent with the definition C.h.a.o.s will challenge your body your senses
and ultimately you will become better for it!
